About Me

My grandparents helped create some of the most memorable experiences of my life. Sprinkled donuts from Grandma Mary. Trips to Sea World with my “Gombie”, Shirlene. Grandpa Sol’s life and basketball advice. My “Papa” Allen’s handshake. While these memories and connections have remained clear for me for years, sadly, they did not last for my grandfathers. The effects of both grandfathers having dementia, combined with the toll it took on my grandmothers as caregivers and my family as a whole, has inspired over a decade of commitment to serving seniors and their families, with a background in concierge healthcare, private duty home care, cause-focused fundraising and senior living.

As founder of a leading senior services organization dedicated to providing care for those with neurodegenerative disorders, limited mobility and traumatic brain injury, I gained critical knowledge working with individuals of varying medical diagnoses and complications, with specificity to dementia and the accompanying challenges. Garnering recognition for quality of care and commitment to service, I was elected President of the Grass Roots Organization for the Well-being of Seniors and Chair of the Dementia Friendly America initiative in Montgomery County, as well as being recognized as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner. These experiences have further shaped my concrete understanding of the senior services landscape, creating the opportunity to now help seniors and their families through a senior living advisory service, CallNoah LLC.

My mission in the creation of CallNoah is to educate my clients and their loved ones about significant advantages of aging in specific senior living settings, while providing compassionate and personalized care for each client and empowering them to live with dignity, choice and joy.
