Our Process

Our personalized consultations aim to understand your specific needs, preferences and circumstances to advise on suitable senior living options. You can count on honest advice from firsthand experience as we review and recommend the best fit for you. Furthermore, our services are provided at no cost to the client, as we receive compensation from the chosen senior living community.

Our process includes an Initial Assessment, Needs Analysis and Customized Advice. Advice is presented with the goal to assist our clients in reviewing and touring choice communities to decide what best suits their unique needs and preferences.

  • The Initial Assessment should last between 45-60 minutes and provide a thorough overview of the client's situation, including health status, lifestyle preferences and financial considerations.

  • The Needs Analysis will identify the key requirements for senior living, such as level of care needed, desired amenities, location preferences and budget.

  • Based on the Initial Assessment & Needs Analaysis, the client will receive personalized advice for senior living communities that best match their unique criteria.

Our Promise

Having the conversation is just the beginning. Concierge service accompanies our clients from Initial Assessment onward.

  • Conduct thorough research on senior living communities based on client criteria (location, amenities, care services, etc.). Schedule and accompany clients on tours of choice communities to assess firsthand.

  • Assist in negotiating terms with senior living communities and review contracts to ensure clarity and fairness.

  • Provide support during the move-in process, including coordinating logistics and addressing any last-minute concerns.

About Me

My grandparents helped create some of the most memorable experiences of my life. Sprinkled donuts from Grandma Mary. Trips to Sea World with my “Gombie”, Shirlene. Grandpa Sol’s life and basketball advice. My “Papa” Allen’s handshake. While these memories and connections have remained clear for me for years, sadly, they did not last for my grandfathers. The effects of both grandfathers having dementia, combined with the toll it took on my grandmothers as caregivers and my family as a whole, has inspired over a decade of commitment to serving seniors and their families, with a background in concierge healthcare, private duty home care, cause-focused fundraising and senior living.

As founder of a leading senior services organization dedicated to providing care for those with neurodegenerative disorders, limited mobility and traumatic brain injury, I gained critical knowledge working with individuals of varying medical diagnoses and complications, with specificity to dementia and the accompanying challenges. Garnering recognition for quality of care and commitment to service, I was elected President of the Grass Roots Organization for the Well-being of Seniors and Chair of the Dementia Friendly America initiative in Montgomery County, as well as being recognized as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner. These experiences have further shaped my concrete understanding of the senior services landscape, creating the opportunity to now help seniors and their families through a senior living advisory service, CallNoah LLC.

My mission in the creation of CallNoah is to educate my clients and their loved ones about significant advantages of aging in senior living settings, while providing compassionate and personalized care for each client and empowering them to live with dignity, choice and joy.
